Suppliers and Contractors: Comply with anti-slavery standards.
Due Diligence
Conduct risk assessments and address identified risks.
Vet new suppliers and regularly review existing ones for compliance.
Training and Awareness
Provide training to employees and management on modern slavery risks and prevention.
Reporting and Whistleblowing
Establish a clear reporting mechanism for concerns.
Protect whistleblowers from retaliation.
Monitoring and Review
Conduct regular audits and reviews.
Update the policy to reflect new risks and legal requirements.
Compliance with Legislation
Comply with all relevant legislation, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Publish an annual modern slavery statement, if applicable.
